H.R.132 – Arbuckle Project Maintenance Complex and District Office Conveyance Act of 2017
The bill authorizes the Secretary of Interior to convey land of the Arbuckle Project, Oklahoma, to the Arbuckle Master Conservancy District. All rights, title and interest of the US is to be conveyed. About 2 acres.
The agreement is the agreement between the US and the Arbuckle Master Conservancy District to transfer land and appurtenances to the federally owned Maintenance Complex and District Office of the Arbuckle Conservancy District. The US is not to be held liable.
