H.R.3006 To improve the use of a grant of a parcel of land to the State of Idaho for use as an agricultural college, and for other purposes.

 

The State of Idaho is authorized to invest earnings and proceeds from US land granted to the State and deduct from those earnings authorized expenses of trustees.

 

The revenues can be used for any of those purposes without regard to the Morrill Act that restricts use of the funds to purchase, erect, preserve or repair and buildings.

 

the State intends to build an agricultural college on the land.
