H.R.1284 To increase, effective as of December 1, 2007, the rates of compensation for veterans with service-connected disabilities and the rates of dependency and indemnity compensation for the survivors of certain disabled veterans.

 

As of December 1, 2007 the rates of compensation to veterans with service-connected disabilities and the rates determining dependency and indemnity compensation for survivors of some disabled veterans would be changed. Clothing allowance increases are included.

 

The rate increases, however, are not specified in the bill. The bill authorizes the Administrator of  the VA to publish the enhanced rate increases in the near future.
