H.R.3528 To provide authority to the Peace Corps to provide separation pay for host country resident personal services contractors of the Peace Corps.
The bill establishes a fund in the US Treasury to provide separation pay including severance and retirement pay to individuals who provide residential services to Peace Corps members. The services are of a personal nature and presumably include maid service, cooking, etcetera.
The Peace Corps Director may deposit in the fund any previously obligated monies not used to be distributed as separation pay and can be deposited in the fund for future use.
